Document versioning
Lockbox comes with a document versioning feature that records the time and date of any changes made to that particular file. Our proprietary tracking technology provides you with accurate information about what file version was available at a certain time. In case of an accidental deletion, Lockbox automatically archives previous versions of important documents and gives you access to them for an unlimited period of time.
Multiple file upload
Save time by uploading files to multiple Lockbox accounts at the same time. Use the proprietary email notification feature to alert your customers when there are new documents awaiting their review.
Web-based access
