Joint solution combines the robust functionality of Financial Profiles’ powerful financial planning tools with LiveOffice’s AdvisorSquare Web Site Platform

San Diego and Torrance, Calif. – March 11, 2003 – Financial Profiles Inc., a leading international provider of financial planning solutions, and LiveOffice, the largest Web site provider within the financial advisor community, today announced that LiveOffice’s AdvisorSquare platform will power Financial Profiles’ Advisor Web Site offering. In addition, LiveOffice will offer Financial Profiles’ well-known financial planning tools to all existing and new AdvisorSquare customers.

By leveraging each company’s core competency, this partnership enables Financial Profiles and LiveOffice to enhance their existing product offerings and provide their customers with a level of service that was previously unavailable within the financial services marketplace. Under the terms of the partnership, LiveOffice will serve as the exclusive Web site development, hosting and management platform for Financial Profiles’ Advisor Web Site solution. In return, LiveOffice will incorporate Financial Profiles’ established financial planning tools into its Web site offering.

  Funding needs. Consumer data can be securely emailed to a financial advisor, who can

• Profiles+ Connect – a secured online fact finder that gives consumers the ability to
  enter all personal financial information necessary for their financial advisor to prepare a comprehensive financial plan. Once sent, all consumer data automatically uploads
